Wax Liquidizer

Wax Liquidizer (39 / 60)

Website: (4/5)

The website is pretty clear in explaining what they do, and showcasing what products they offer. All of their products are featured on the home page.

Customer Service: (7/10)

On their “Contact Us” page, they do list a phone number and contact form that goes to their email. I did call to ask questions, but it was after business hours so I had to use the contact form. They responded to my contact form roughly 16 hours later, still within their 24 hour time frame. They answered all my questions clearly.

Shipping: (6/10)

I placed my order on a Thursday evening and was emailed the tracking information Friday afternoon. The package arrived next Wednesday via first class mail. They do charge $4.99 for shipping unlike free shipping using some of the other brands.

Ease of use: (7/10)

I received their 15 mL red labeled bottle of their Original mixture, which comes with a glass dropper. On the bottle it states to “add 2 mL of Wax Liquidizer to a microwave safe cup (shot glass), along with 1 gram of your herbal concentrate, microwave the mixture for 10 seconds then stir until even consistency is reached.” This process is exactly similar to the EJMix recommendation.

Taste and Experience (15/25)

I noticed that the mixed liquid was darker as well compared to the other brands except EJMix. What I found interesting was that, the brands that used the microwave to heat the mixture seemed to have darkened the mixtures more than the ones using the double boiler method and torch. The taste of this mixture was very smooth to the lungs but had a little bit of a bitter and “plasticy” aftertaste.
