Their website was very straight forward. All of their products are listed on the front page, with the best sellers/featured products rotating at the top.
Customer Service: (10/10)
I was getting ready to mix the the batch on a Monday evening and saw that on the label it said “For best results we recommend to call us.” I called them, and to my surprise as it wasn’t during normal business hours, the representative by the name of John picked up. He walked me through the entire process in how to mix it. He asked me which concentrate I was using, how potent I liked the mixture, and which tools I had to make sure he could recommend the correct procedure. Having someone walk me through the process over the phone definitely made my confidence in using the product very strong. Very good customer service.
Shipping: (10/10)
Although they don’t ship to the moon, I was very satisfied with the turnaround time with the shipping. I used their free shipping option on orders above $20. I placed my order on a Wednesday morning at 10 AM and I received the shipping confirmation 4 hours later at 2 PM. It took 3 business days until it got to me.
Ease of use: (10/10)
When I unpacked the packaging, I saw that the starter kit I got came with the Flavorless liquid, a luer lock syringe, glass jar, and plastic bottle. As mentioned in the customer service section, the representative, John, guided me through the process to make the process very easy and worry free.
Taste and Experience (23/25)
When I was on the phone with John, I asked what the ingredients were. He mentioned that it contained PEG400, PG, and VG. This was very surprising to me as my experience with VG is that if you try to add it in the mixture, it will cause separation. His explanation was that by adding the VG, it smoothed out the flavor while adding some vapor production. I must say that by adding the VG, it definitely stood out compared to the other blends, but in a good way. They were able to accomplish a flavorless product.
