DB Mix Pro

DB Mix Pro (17 / 60)

Website: (2/5)

The website is not difficult to navigate although it does seem like it needs a little bit more work. Having a scientific background, the language and units used in the directions did not make me trust using the product as it seems like someone ordered a bunch of chemicals, mixed it up in their garage, put a label on their product, created a website and started selling.

Customer Service: (1/10)

What customer service? When you go to their website, there is absolutely no pages that include their email address or phone number for you to contact them. There is only a purchase button.

Shipping: (7/10)

I placed my order on a Wednesday morning and received the tracking information the next day in the afternoon. It took a total of 4 business days to arrive to me. This is not bad.

Ease of use: (3/10)

Upon unwrapping the package. There was a printed instruction guide that came with the bottle. As mentioned earlier coming from a scientific background, it was very difficult to read and interpret the instructions. I took a photo of the instruction guide below for your reference.

Taste and Experience (4/25)

I was hoping that the website and instruction manual did not reflect the quality of the product itself. Oh boy was I wrong! As these glycol based products are all substitutes of each other, I used the same ratio as to make the potency the same and make it an even comparison. After I made sure the wick was fully saturated, I took a draw and all I could taste was plastic. It left a very strong aftertaste that I was not pleased with at all.
